Why Embed over uploading? Its quicker - no upload time delay, saves space for other uploads, its a cool sci-fi CSI kinda thing... Why Upload over Embedding - you are banned from You Tube, you have no website of your own, and well you don't know how to embed... but we can show you!

Never upload anything without reading the RULES
Embedding:
If possible always Embed. It saves space, bandwidth and in the end its easier for everyone involved.
Embedding very simple but you can run into problems usually on the end of the place you are embedding from. Example below is a video Embed diagram from YouTube. Make sure whatever site you are using for video storage - you have your Embeds turned on.
Uploading:
If you must directly add your content or can't get an embed to work (happens to us all), Uploading is your only other option. We reserve uploading directly for people who were banded from Youtube (etc), View only by Region, and have had their videos or music removed. Never upload without reading the rules.
